'I have only been working with Susie for 3 months but in that time, I've gone from being unable to bend over to pick up a kid's toy to deadlifting the same weights pre-injury. Prior to starting, I couldn't put weight on one leg without load sharing elsewhere (using my arms to pull myself up, using both legs, etc) to doing dumbbell lunges and single leg lifts. I'm astonished at the progress made in such a short time. I also have a whole new appreciation for my body and how it moves and functions. I'm not scared when I get a little pain at the injury site because I know how to assess the pain level, know what I need to stop doing and how to "work" it out.'
