Everything I do is rooted in a fascination with the potential of the human body, which I fell in love with as a youngster. Today, I help others move their bones online through training, rehab, education, and programming. I am on a mission to help people move better, prevent injury, and train around pain so they can continue living an active lifestyle.

After graduating with my B.S. in Exercise Science in from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, I then obtained my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Western Carolina University. In addition to my DPT, I am also an instructor for the Barbell Rehab Method where I travel all over the US teaching other clinicians and coaches how to optimize their clients training and ability to train in the presence of pain.

Education and authenticity are at the center what I do - two things the online fitness world seems to lack. I don't believe there is ONE right way to do fitness or ONE best way to practice physical therapy. So, for the last seven years I’ve dedicated my time to learning all that I can so I can provide you with easy-to-digest knowledge to up your game in the weight room & navigate pain.
