MEET KAYLA!

Kayla has been working out with us since July 2024!

Here’s what Kayla says about Supple Strength:

‘The community! The coaches! The fun workouts! I feel like Supple Strength motivates me and gets me engaged with the group versus just checking a list off for workouts.

Pluuuus, the coaches give amazing, intuitive advice for form checks. You really cannot find all of the incredible features of this program anywhere else!

Even when I don’t have the “spark” to work out, I feel positive vibes from Supple Strength that encourage me to get my body moving.’

Kayla lives (& lifts!) in Ohio!

Kayla loves to workout in the mornings!

Her favorite move? A deadlift, obviously.

When she’s chillin on her rest days, she loves to watch The Office!

Kayla’s cat, Catalina, was a rescue that followed her home — she’s an angel. I mean, just look at those toe beans!

What goals have you accomplished with Supple Strength? What kind of progress have you made so far?

‘I freaking got my FIRST PULL UP!

Something I had worked on for like a year. My gosh. Let me just tell you.

That, and being overall able to lift substantially more with my three main lifts (deadlift, bench and squat) has me elated. And I’m not in pain!’

What brought you to Supple Strength? What makes you stick around?

‘From following Dr.Susie on Instagram, I could tell she both knew her stuff and truly cared about the people she interacts with.

It was a no-brainer to decide to switch from my previous workout platform to this one. I know she crafts each block with care and intellect!

My previous platform was cool, but I didn’t experience the same engagement. I was just a subscriber.

They didn’t have form checks. They had a good mindset and intention behind their program, but I didn’t much have that same connection or feel like there was a progressive component to their blocks.
