Here’s what Laura had to say about Supple Strength:
“I’ve tried a lot of different training groups, and before joining Supple Strength, I was in the gym 5 days a week lifting heavy and getting a lot of soreness in the thoracic spine. Within one week of Supple Strength my thoracic stiffness was GONE. I was trying new movements and liking them - my training felt refreshed and invigorated!
On week 1, Susie also helped me workshop my squat a bit and now it’s feeling great, eliminating some lumbar pain, and now, my squat numbers are moving up!
Supple Strength has an amazing amount of 1:1 and support from Susie. The community is great, and the intelligently programmed blocks feel REALLY great in the body!”

We asked Laura…
What have you accomplished with Supple Strength? What kind of results have you seen?
“A huge accomplishment for me - I’m doing lunges for the first time in years! I’m also getting stronger in rotational movements and doing better with prioritizing core work and cardio.
I also feel that the mindset shifts are important - I’ve moved from needing to push myself super hard every day to a more measured approach to weights using RIR (reps in reserve), and my body is reaping the rewards.
RIR allows me to give myself some grace; it helps to illustrate that strength and lifting isn't linear and recovery can ebb and flow.”

Laura, would you recommend Supple Strength to a friend or family member? What would you say to someone who is skeptical about joining?
“Absolutely would recommend! I truly feel that Supple can be utilized by most anyone from moderate beginner to advanced. I especially would recommend to someone who’s looking to add variety to their programming without sacrificing the emphasis on strength.
It has been especially great for me as someone who has been avoiding certain exercises due to pain - to have programming by Doctor of PT - it gives me a level of confidence that may have been lacking before. Before, I wouldn't even try certain things because of right knee tenderness, and now I am moving in new ways!
