MEET NIKKI!
Nikki joined Supple Strength in July 2023 and has been crushing workouts ever since!
Some fun facts about Nikki…
Nikki lives (& lifts!) in Michigan!
Because she works out in her unheated garage, during the winter she works out midday. In the summer, first thing in the AM!
She has two sons, and one fur baby, an australian shepherd!
Her favorite movie - Dirty Dancing!

“I'm a nurse and a health coach. I fully understand the importance of smart programming. Not only to maximize my efforts, but for longevity. I’m super impressed with Susie’s knowledge, that she keeps up with current literature (as opposed to antiquated garbage science 🤣), and absolutely love her personality.
I used to do CrossFit, then I did 1:1 coaching with another trainer. I made tremendous gains, but the detail to female specifics was missing. I feel I'm getting better mobility for my particular body here.

What have you accomplished with Supple Strength? What kind of results have you seen?
“I get great results with strength and muscle development. Which for my body type and age are difficult!
Plus I've definitely gained back some strength I had lost after life circumstances led to a decrease in training.
And my wonky knee has been insanely better - I have much less pain!”
Nikki, would you recommend Supple Strength to a friend or family member?
”Absolutely. I coach midlife women on fat loss and longevity but I’m not a trainer - to have someone with Susie's knowledge so accessible for women all over the country is awesome. Anything I see as a win for my own strength and longevity, I want to share with everyone!”
What would you say to someone who is skeptical about joining?
“Anyone can give you a "program" to follow, but that doesn't mean it’s good. The expertise you get in this program is hands down the best value I've seen in the industry. Give it a try and see how different you feel!”
