Rebecca is an OG member - she joined Supple Strength in October 2022 and has been crushing workouts ever since!

“When I signed up, I was leaving a program that left me feeling broken, and honestly weak. I lived with back and hip pain constantly and had a ton of fear around pain and movement.
Not to sound dramatic, but Supple Strength has literally changed my life.

We asked Rebecca…
What have you accomplished with Supple Strength?
What kind of results have you seen?
“I have hit so many PRs in the gym since joining - it’s hard to keep track!
I remember when I hit my first 100 pound bench in this program and cried. I’m repping 95x4 now and my 1 rep max is 115. That blows my mind every single time I think about it.
Last strength cycle I hit 185 for my deadlift and just repped 175 for 4 with EASE last week.
My biggest accomplishment by far though… my mindset when it comes to pain and fear of movement. I would not have been able to get here today if I didn’t have the encouragement and guidance of this group.

What do you like about Supple Strength?
“There’s no gimmicks here. Every 6-8 weeks, when we get a new block, I look forward to continuing to work on my main compound lifts and then have so much fun with new warm ups and accessories that get incorporated every cycle!
And, our group is just such an inspiring bad ass community of women. We can lean on each other for advice, share accomplishments, and vent! It is so valuable to have a group of like minded individuals in your corner. Some days when the motivation is low, I can go in the chat and see everyone talking about their lift and it will get me up and going!
Any one looking to get strong and empowered has a place here. I wish ALL my friends would hop on board.
