“I LOVE the workouts in Supple Strength and I like how Dr. Susie programs everything with different blocks, so you don’t get bored or have too much repetition!
All the workouts make me feel strong and capable and I love knowing they are functional and have real purposes.

What brought you to Supple Strength?
What kind of results have you seen?
I did CrossFit before Supple Strength and I was looking for a new strength based, functional training program. I came across Dr. Susie on instagram and I really loved all the information and science behind the movements and exercises.
The progress I have made with Supple Strength has really amazed me. I am the strongest I have ever been! I’ve been working out forever and I have never felt this strong before!”
Would you recommend this to a friend or family member?
Yes, 100%! This program is accessible to everyone’s level of fitness and you’ll build strength while being part of a supportive, safe community.
If you’re on the fence, you should definitely try it! The programming is great for everyone, and you’ll absolutely get stronger and be able to move better.
Dr. Susie adds modifications to every workout, too, so there’s never a reason to feel like you can’t do something. She also provides videos and explanations of the exercises so you’re never in the dark.
The community is very welcoming and supportive and everyone encourages everyone else. We all share each others wins and are there for each other. Dr. Susie is a great person and she communicates with us and cares about everyone!”
