“It's great programming, with lots of support, at a pretty unbeatable price.
I've been dancing my whole life, and and that formed the bulk of my exercise until a few years ago when I started lifting. Getting stronger has made more of a difference in my pirouettes than anything else I've ever done!
Everyone in the group is so supportive and helpful, with kudos on the good days, sympathy and encouragement on the bad days, advice when asked, and serious role model inspiration.”

Brenda likes to work out first thing in the morning!
She LOVES to bench, deadlift, and pretty much do anything except bulgarian split squats.
She has a cat named Maximus!

“Ooh... tough call. My playlist ranges from Barbie pop to Mongolian throat metal. But if I have to pick one, it's probably Dragula. It's hard not to feel like you can do anything with Rob Zombie yelling at you. A close second is the Croatian entry into this year's Eurovision.”

What do you like about Supple Strength? What makes you stick around?
“I like that it combines the autonomy with smart programming so you don't have to think about it, as well as support from the group.
I also really appreciate that there is never any discussion about weight (particularly losing it). It's always all about getting stronger, not smaller.”
