Tyra has been working out with us since October 2023!

“Supple Strength has far exceeded all my expectations, especially for the price.
I was using another program but it was just an excel sheet with not a lot of guidance or form checks.
I had been seeing your posts about Supple Strength for a while and finally decided to go for it!
It was THE best decision I have made for my health and fitness journey so far.
It takes the mental load off from having to think about progressive overload, new movements, stability, etc. because all of that it already programmed for me!

Tyra lives (& lifts!) in California!
Tyra likes to work out in the mornings or early afternoons!
She LOVES to bench, and she’s pretty dang good at it!
No pets, except for the peacock living in the backyard!

What goals have you accomplished with Supple Strength? What kind of progress have you made so far?
“I’m squatting and deadlifting again at heavy weights after stopping due to back issues.
My most recent accomplishment has been getting back to squatting 225lbs for reps after 5 years of not being able to.
I've seen a huge adjustment in my stability which has led to a lot of my gains.
I've been able to focus on my squat, bench, and deadlift while still getting in plenty of mobility, cardio and plyometrics thanks to Supple Strength’s amazing programming.”
What do you like about Supple Strength? What makes you stick around?"
“I love the sense of community and being able to share our wins with one another.
The programming itself is amazing because it not only is helping me gain strength and muscle but also stability, mobility, and endurance, as well as bettering my form with the weekly form checks.
The block structure gives me different seasons to focus on growth, strength and endurance.”
